Booking Terms

1. Your booking

Your place is confirmed once your first payment goes through and you receive your confirmation email.

2. Payment

Pay in full for €1,485 (a 10% saving), or in 6 monthly payments of €275. The payment plan is a commitment to the full €1,650, not a subscription you can cancel at any time. Payments are taken automatically each month and stop after the sixth.

A single NeuroSeason is €650, paid in full. All prices are in euro.

3. Missed payments

If a payment fails, I'll be in touch. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, access to sessions and recordings is paused until it's paid.

4. Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a refund, less any sessions that have already taken place. After that, payments are non-refundable and any remaining instalments are still due. If something serious comes up, talk to me and we'll see if you can move to a later group.

5. Sessions and recordings

Live sessions are recorded. If you miss one, you can watch the recording, but missed sessions aren't refunded. Recordings are for your own use, so please don't share them.

6. Not medical advice

This is an educational coaching programme, not therapy or medical treatment. Please keep working with any doctor or therapist you already see. If you're struggling or in crisis, contact your local emergency services (112 in the EU, 999 in the UK).

7. Looking after the group

What others share stays in the group. Please don't record or screenshot sessions or other members.

8. My materials

Everything in the programme is for your personal use only and can't be copied, shared or resold.

9. Changes

Occasionally I may need to move a session. I'll give as much notice as I can, and there will always be a recording.
