Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once payment, or the first payment of an instalment plan, has been received. Places in each cohort are limited and allocated in order of completed enrolment.

NeuroSeasons is an educational programme. It is not therapy, medical care or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Payment

One NeuroSeason is €650 paid in full, or three monthly payments of €235. The Full NeuroSeasons Year is €1,650 paid in full, or twelve monthly payments of €155. All prices are in euro.

A payment plan is a fixed commitment to the complete programme, not a month by month membership. Billing ends automatically once the final payment of the plan has been taken.

If a payment fails, the card issuer is retried automatically and you will be notified by email. You can update your card at any time through the secure billing link on your welcome page.

Delivery

Live sessions are held online. Recordings and materials are shared with your cohort. Session dates may be adjusted with reasonable notice, and any session that cannot be held live will be replaced or recorded.

Your conduct and privacy within the cohort

Cohort spaces are confidential. What is shared by other participants stays within the group. Recordings and materials are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
