Refund & Cancellation Policy
NeuroSeasons cohorts are small and prepared in advance, so this policy is written to be clear rather than restrictive.
Cooling off period
If you change your mind within 14 days of enrolling, and before the programme has begun, you can cancel for a full refund. Write to hello@soulfulneuroscience.com and it will be arranged.
Once the programme has begun
After your NeuroSeason has started, fees are non refundable, because your place is held for the full 12 weeks and materials are released from the first session.
If life makes it impossible to continue, write to me. Where it is reasonable, your place can be transferred to a later cohort.
Payment plans
A payment plan is a fixed commitment to the complete programme rather than a month by month membership. Remaining instalments stay payable if you stop attending, and billing ends automatically once the final instalment has been taken.
Cards can be updated at any time through the secure billing link on your welcome page.
If a season cannot run
If a cohort is cancelled by Soulful Neuroscience, you will be offered a place in the next cohort or a full refund of the amount paid for that season.
