NeuroSeasons

Understand your brain
for the life you're living now.

NeuroSeasons is a live, small-group neuroscience programme for women who want to understand their patterns, nervous system and changing capacity, and use that understanding in the life they're actually living.

12 weeks · 6 live sessions

Why this exists

The demands changed. The brain adapted.

You know that sleep matters, that movement helps, that meditation works and that boundaries are not optional. Translating any of it into an ordinary Tuesday is harder than it has any right to be.

Your attention, working memory, emotional regulation and sensory tolerance aren't constants. They shift with stress, sleep, hormones, cognitive load, environment and what else your brain is carrying.

And for women, change is woven through a lifetime. From puberty to pregnancy and postpartum, through motherhood, perimenopause and menopause, the brain and its hormonal environment keep changing. Yet we can spend years expecting the same capacity, mood, motivation and ways of functioning from ourselves.

There are quieter rhythms too. The changing light and pace of the year, the seasons of our relationships and work, the periods when we want to expand and the ones when something in us asks for less. NeuroSeasons makes room to notice all of it. To understand what is happening in the brain, pay attention to our capacity and inner lives as they change, and create rituals that help us live more in relationship with where we actually are.

So when the strategies that once worked stop working, the question isn't necessarily, “What's wrong with me?”

What is this season asking of me now?

Restore

The Brain Map

Understand your brain

Attention, capacity, sensory thresholds, executive function and the patterns you return to under load.

Explore Restore

Restore: The Brain Map

Understanding the brain you're living with now.

You're capable, and you know it, which is exactly why the difficulty can be so disorienting. Over twelve weeks, we'll build a working map of your attention, capacity, sensory thresholds, executive function and the patterns that emerge under load.

Not a diagnosis. A way of understanding your own brain well enough to make better decisions with it.

We'll explore

  • Cognitive load and overwhelm
  • Executive function
  • Sensory processing
  • Neurodivergence, with or without a diagnosis
  • Why knowing isn't always doing
  • Your personal Brain Map

Reconnect

The Relational Brain

Understand yourself in relationship

Reactivity, co-regulation, mental load, boundaries, repair and what happens when your nervous system meets the people you love.

Explore Reconnect

Reconnect: The Relational Brain

Understanding what happens when your nervous system meets the people you love.

Overwhelm rarely stays private. It appears in our reactions, our relationships, the mental load we carry and the moments when we have less capacity than the situation seems to require.

We'll explore

  • Emotional reactivity
  • Co-regulation
  • The invisible mental load
  • Guilt and perfectionism
  • Boundaries
  • Repair and reconnection

Expand

The Evolving Brain

Understand how you want to live

Identity, attention, motivation, ambition and how to build a life around the capacity you actually have.

Explore Expand

Expand: The Evolving Brain

Identity, capacity, attention and the life you're creating.

There are parts of us that can become harder to reach underneath the demands of an ordinary week. Expand looks at what happens when we stop treating capacity as something to push past and begin designing around the brain and life we actually have.

We'll explore

  • Identity after change
  • Attention and motivation
  • Ambition and capacity
  • Capacity-based living
  • Creativity
  • Designing a neurocompatible week

Each NeuroSeason is a complete 12-week programme. There is no required order.

Inside a NeuroSeason

What a NeuroSeason actually looks like

Each NeuroSeason unfolds over 12 weeks, with six (bi-weekly) 90-minute live sessions and space between them to notice, experiment and integrate what you're learning into ordinary life.

  • 6 × 90-minute live sessions
  • Session recordings
  • Reflections to support your learning
  • Guided NeuroRituals®
  • Private cohort community

This isn't about accumulating more information about the brain. It's about recognising your own patterns while they're actually happening, and having something useful to do with what you notice.

Who this is for

NeuroSeasons may be for you if...

You're intellectually curious and already understand quite a lot about yourself, but understanding hasn't necessarily changed the patterns.

You're capable, but your capacity feels less predictable than it used to.

You're navigating motherhood, neurodivergence, stress, hormonal change, relationship demands, ambition, or several of them at once.

You're tired of advice that assumes the same strategies should work for every brain and every season of life.

You don't need someone to tell you how to live. You want to understand yourself well enough to make better decisions about how you live.

Neuroscience, applied to real life.

Meet Naianna Robertsson

Applied Neuroscientist · Meditation Teacher · Founder of Soulful Neuroscience

My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience and real life: translating what we know about the brain into something useful in the complexity of actually being human.

My academic background spans psychology, neuroscience, neuroanatomy and neuroimaging, including postgraduate and doctoral research at King's College London studying the anatomy and connectivity of the human brain.

For the past six years, I've brought that work into private sessions, groups, workshops and retreats, alongside my training as a meditation and mindfulness teacher.

NeuroSeasons grew out of the gap I kept seeing between understanding something about yourself and actually knowing what to do with that understanding in everyday life.

Questions

Questions about NeuroSeasons.

Can I join just one NeuroSeason?

Yes. Each NeuroSeason is a complete twelve-week experience with its own arc, and there is no required order. You can begin with Restore, Reconnect or Expand, whichever is most relevant to where you are now. The full year adds continuity and deeper integration, not prerequisite learning.

Is NeuroSeasons only for mothers?

No. Motherhood is a central theme because it is one of the sharpest tests of a nervous system, but the work applies to any woman whose cognitive, emotional and relational demands have changed.

Do I need an ADHD or neurodivergence diagnosis?

No. Nothing here requires a label, and we do not assess or diagnose. Some women arrive diagnosed, some arrive suspecting something, and some arrive simply worn down by a life that stopped fitting.

What happens in a live session?

Each session is 90 minutes and combines accessible neuroscience teaching, guided reflection, practical NeuroRituals® and group discussion. There'll be space to ask questions and explore how the science relates to what you're experiencing in real life. Sessions are recorded if you can't attend live, and there's no preparation required. Just come as you are.

What happens if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and posted within 48 hours. Recordings stay available for the length of your NeuroSeason plus three months, and for the whole year plus three months for full-year members.

How much time does this require between sessions?

Around 60 to 90 minutes a week in total: one live session, plus a short reflection or practice designed to fold into your week rather than add to it.

How large is the group?

Each cohort is intentionally kept small, so it stays a group rather than an audience. What is shared inside stays inside, sessions are never distributed beyond members, and you are welcome to keep your camera off and take part in writing.

Is this therapy?

No. NeuroSeasons is neuroscience education and group coaching. It sits alongside therapy, psychiatric care and medical treatment, and replaces none of them. If you are in acute crisis, that support comes first.

How do payments work?

One NeuroSeason is €650 in full, or three monthly payments of €235. The full year is €1,650 in full, or twelve monthly payments of €155. There is a full refund if you write within fourteen days of your NeuroSeason starting. After that, your place is held for you and payments continue.
