Privacy Policy
Soulful Neuroscience collects as little personal information as possible, and only what is needed to deliver the programmes and talks you have asked for.
What is collected
For enrolments: your name, email address and billing details, plus the answers you choose to give in the short welcome questionnaire.
For free Brain Labs and the newsletter: your first name, email address and, if you share it, your country or time zone.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by Soulful Neuroscience.
How your information is used
To confirm and deliver your enrolment or Brain Lab place, to prepare your season thoughtfully, and to send occasional writing if you have asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your information is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the services needed to run the programmes, such as payment processing, email delivery and video calls.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@soulfulneuroscience.com and it will be handled promptly.
